I love the idea of Valentines Day most. Just the idea of taking the time to make those you love feel special is nice. A close second is the sweets. I have a major sweet tooth and I love all the sweets that come with Valentines day.

I love anything pink and anything heart-shaped so Valentine’s Day is definitely one of my favorite holidays. Love the colors, the decorations, the fun cookies and cupcakes decorated in pink & red – just EVERYTHING! I go nuts!

i think valintines day is special because it reminds us to stop and think about the people we love or have loved in the past, also because the little ones get so excited over their valintines!

I best thing about valentines day is just being able to spend some alone time with my hubby. we do not have to go out or buy fancy things as long as we get to see each other i am happy.

I didn’t really start baking until recently but now that I have daughters they love to bake with me. We’ve been experimenting with different icings and sprinkles to make some yummy desserts. For Valentine’s Day I think we’ll try making red velvet cupcakes with red heart confetti and heart shaped sugar cookies with pink and red icing.

Ideally, it would be going out with my husband for dinner. But since we have no babysitter or $$, my favorite part of Valentine’s Day is buying myself a candy bar and chowing down.

I love getting chocolate covered strawberries from my husband every year.
