Just got my Bradley smoker, love it. I do have a few ????
1. How many of those disk do ya burn per session.
2. I cant get my smoker past the 120degree mark, I've been aiming for 180 to 200.
3. I've been using Morton Sugar cure, making a brine in a 5gal bucket. Doing the strength measurement by floatin an egg in the bucket, My 1st try was a 24hr soak ( tooo strong). Next time I'll try a 12hr soak.
I'm frustrated with the temp. What am I doing wrong ???
