On my daughter’s birthday, we skipped the idea of a cake and bought mini cupcakes at the store. We decided the kids didn’t need huge portions – and most of the adults usually skipped dessert anyhow. This is a fun way to make snacks for the kids (and adults) for special occasions or for no reason at all!
