I love to make strawberry jam, but also apple butter, just cooking down apples with cinnamon and spices for a very long time. This machine would come in handy.

I like to experiment with making jams and jellies. My favorite so far is my rose petal jelly. I use fresh rugosa rose petals from my Hansa rose bush, organic sugar and pectin. It’s delicious especially on scones.
