Both my daughter’s and my Galaxy 2’s ON/OFF button stopped working within a year.

Of course, this is not only a major inconvenience, but also absurd. That I should have to risk losing all my info and pictures, because the Galaxy 2 stopped turning back on ever is unaccepteable and very very disappointing.

Haven’t wanted to switch to an Iphone, but now i’m not sure if i will purchase a Samsung product ever again. Unfortunately, it’s that time of the year again.
