I LOVE Rafikki. He is absolutely my all-time favorite character. When he whaps Simba over the head with his stick, and tells him “Sometimes the past does hurt”. My husband and I went on our first date to see this movie in the theatre 16 years ago…will ALWAYS be a special favorite of mine!!
