If you run a “Mom’s” blog and are putting up posts with opinions about HFCS you have a responsibility to know that you influence their choices. There’s a large portion of the world population that just isn’t very educated and will take what you write as verbatim, intended or not.

Putting your site on a pedestal by calling it “momcentral” and hosting positive spin towards HFCS is irresponsible and pompous. You should be ashamed. I too have “trash talk” and choice words for you, but I’ll reserve them for civility reasons.

I do however feel you are disgusting in your efforts – especially when I look around my local town where there are 3-5 year olds who have bellies as large as overweight 40 year old men. I watch the parent’s selections in the supermarkets and see 90% of what they pick off the shelf containing HFCS as a sugar substitute and they just have no idea the bureaucracy behind this whole mess. They’re just trying to feed their kids and the evil dollar misers in corporations are killing them.
