I like pork roasts, chops, ribs, loin, well, most cuts. I guess my favorite cut is pork chops. I like them fried as well as on the BBQ. The fact that pork is now a leaner meat is a big bonus. No, maybe sweet and sour ribs…. I just like it all!

Raised in Iowa and we do eat pork. My fave pork recipe (think comfort food) is country ribs browned and baked on a bed of saurkraut . The most common pork dish I serve is tenderloin with a teriyaki marinade though.
