Brightness is three times higher than other competitive models, which really stood out when we were able to see Epson’s model side-by-side the competition. The Home Cinema 640 allows you to choose from four built-in color modes optimized for different entertainment. We were impressed that the color looked sharp both when the lights were out, and in natural daytime lighting.

The Home Cinema 640 features an all-digital HDMI port for versatile connectivity. We loved how you can easily plug in a Google Chromecast and project content we were streaming from our phone such as Netflix and YouTube. You can also connect a wide range of devices including a cable or satellite box, Blu-ray player, gaming console or streaming device.

The intuitive projection angle customization feature really impressed us. Based on where you position your projector, if your set-up isn’t perfectly angled, you can adjust the settings to better adjust how the picture appears on your screen.
