While at BlogHer Food, I had a chance to meet the Kraft brand team, who shared their collection of Philadelphia cream cheese recipes, Spread a Little Joy: A Collection of Simple and Delicious Philadelphia Recipes to Inspire and Enjoy.
Having grown up in Pittsburgh, since childhood I’ve felt a close affiliation to Philly cream cheese, a family staple on Sunday bagels and a featured ingredient in many family recipes dating back to the 1970s.
I always associated Philadelphia Cream Cheese with all-time baking classics, and found myself intrigued by this recipe for add a bit of smoothness to your guacamole.

I added in some extra lime juice for tartness, and got a nice variation for game time snacking!
