All parents dream of providing the best for their children but when giving them everything they deserve may mean losing them forever, personal desires often overshadow “what’s best.” In the film Like Dandelion Dust, a movie adapted from a popular novel by Karen Kingsbury, a young boy’s birth and adoptive parents face the struggle of possibly losing a son that they love. The story makes the viewer question whether the young boy would benefit more from living with his wealthy adoptive parents or if his return to his birth parents fix a broken home and create a stable living environment.
