Now that Valentine’s Day has passed, we can fully pay attention to the hearts that matter rather than the paper cut outs or the ones made of chocolate. February not only showers us with hearts from cards and candies, but it also takes the title of Heart Health Awareness Month. More than ever, women must take an interest in their heart health since heart disease ranks as the number one preventable killer of women. With proper nutrition, exercise, and education, women can battle the disease before it has any detrimental effects.
In support of the American Heart Association and their Go Red For Women campaign, Campbell Soup Company has created a line of heart-healthy products to enforce the need for everyone to keep their heart health in check. They recreated recipes for everyday favorites to reduce sodium and cholesterol but still include all the flavors we know and love from Campbell products. Celebrity Moms have even joined Campbell’s efforts towards spreading awareness for heart health. Mother of NFL Defensive End Jay Richardson, Deborah Johnson, and Monica Potter of the show Parenthood have both share videos on Campbell’s adDress Your Heart website. Every time one of their videos receives a view, Campbell donates $1 to Go Red For Women up to $625,000.
Campbell wants to share their products with you for your own chance to start upon your heart healthy way of life with an AdDress Your Heart prize pack.
Included in your gift from Campbell comes a microwavable Select Harvest soup and V-8 Fusion for a heart healthy lunch. Also, you will receive a warm and cozy – not to mention bright red – fleece with the adDress Your Heart logo.
