Simplifying Internet Streaming with the Roku 2

The streaming trend continues making scheduled television entertainment more obsolete as television shows, movies, and games lie only a mouse click away. From Netflix instant queue options, Hulu Plus television episodes, and Pandora personalized radio, laptops receive more attention in my home than the lonely television.

The problem arises when we all want to watch an episode or movie together. The small laptop simply does not work for four people. Before Roku, the options entailed either unraveling the HDMI cable or powering up the video game system. While I love the power of the Internet for streaming, these technological complications added some unnecessary hassle to family time.

Roku transformed the way my family streams from the Internet. Welcoming family movie nights back into our world, we upgraded to the new Roku2. One box grants access to all our subscriptions, adding convenience and helping us get our mony’s worth. With constantly increasing streaming options, no PC needed, and the ability to connect in seconds, Roku holds a permanent position in my family’s entertainment routine.
