With the holidays fast approaching I’m sifting through my collection of recipes – hoping to put together a memorable selection of dishes for our family celebration, as well as meals to take to holiday pot-luck get-togethers. This year, I plan to use the Rachael Ray Covered Rectangular Casserole Dish for meals I prepare at home and the ones I take on the go.

The 3.5-quart stoneware dish comes in a variety of vibrant colors including red, purple, blue, and bright orange (I chose eggplant!) and provides a quality cooking canvas, as well as great style. Its shape and size makes it ideal for casseroles, roasts, and more, and the convenient handles allow for easy removal from the oven. And because the dish looks great, I placed it right on the table (atop a trivet) to serve family style.

Microwave, freezer, and oven safe to 500 degrees, this dish can also be placed in the dishwasher for easy cleaning. At $49.95, the Rachael Ray Covered Rectangular Casserole Dish can be found at rachaelraystore.com. Brave the holidays this year with this convenient casserole dish and whip up inspired culinary creations!
