For as long as I can remember music has been a monumental part of my life. Starting with Saturday morning jazz with the family, playing scales on the trumpet to being in countless choirs throughout the years, not a day goes by that I don’t wake up with a jingle in my head. And as it is the season for jingles, and jingle bells, I love to listen to holiday songs throughout the day. Luckily I don’t have to break out my trumpet in order to hear my favorite Christmas songs anymore, because Soundfreaq sent me their Sound Spot Bluetooth wireless speaker and it’s (oh night) divine.

I’m faced with a very common problem. The music capable devices in my immediate surroundings include my smartphone and laptop. While sufficient, the sound quality of the speakers in these devices truly lacks and hardly reaches satisfying volumes. With the Sound Spot, I quickly locate Bluetooth on my phone and computer and let the jingling begin. The clarity, is absolutely amazing, and across various music genres. Not to mention, the Sound Spot is quite petit so if I move from room to room, I can easily bring the speaker with me.

Soundfreaq also knows the days of bulky speaker systems are out. The Sound Spot has a chic design that fits into my apartment décor. Instead of being a large eyesore it’s a fixture on my bookshelf that actually looks like it belongs there. To the untrained eye, one may not even recognize it as a speaker!
