I love blue cheese and so does my husband. However, the kids HATE it, which just means more for us! I love eating blue cheese by itself accompanied by a nice glass of port. (I’ve even been known to eat Danish blue cheese by the spoonful.) However, blue cheese is also delicious in entrees, appetizers, and even desserts!

I tend to eat the same thing every morning: yogurt, granola, and maybe some fruit. No preparation and little clean up helps me get out the door on-time. What made it even better was getting to eat my pre-made breakfast after my brother and I found them all. However, while I’m a big fan of eggs, others in my family are not and there were always a bunch of leftovers that just sat in the fridge until we eventually threw them out. What a waste.
