Farmland’s Oven Perfect Fresh Pork Tenderloin Review and Giveaway

Do you ever have nights where your spouse and kids are all at the dinner table as soon as the food is ready? Where everything cooks to perfection and comes out beautifully and hassle free? Where deciding what to eat and when isn’t a problem? Me neither. That’s the reasoning behind Farmland’s latest creation, Oven Perfect™ Fresh Pork tenderloin. Farmland claims it’s a  hassle-free way that makes cooking a tasty meal a little easier to manage, so I eagerly put it to the test.

When I read the directions for cooking the tenderloin I had to admit I was a little bit surprised. After you take off the label from the package, you put it in the oven. That’s it. No cutting, no marinating, no constantly opening the oven and cutting through the center to see if its done. The tenderloin comes pre-seasoned and ready to go.

However, I was skeptical about the safety of the packing, and was concerned about BPAs coming from the cooked plastic. No need to worry as Farmland uses bags that are BPA free, which means that I can enjoy all the benefits of cooking in their flavor sealed bag without worrying about anything harmful in my food.

The timer on my oven went off 25 minutes later and I let the tenderloin cool down for five minutes as instructed. It was well worth the wait! My peppercorn tenderloin came out perfectly cooked and was super tender to boot. The 20 ounce portion is big enough to feed my entire family and goes well with side dishes  like mashed potatoes and asparagus. I must say I enjoyed how easy and tasty my tenderloin ended up being! Plus the time I saved cooking the meal wasn’t too bad either!
