Jif Whips Seasonal Peanut Butter & Chocolate Mint Flavor (and Giveaway!)

A new, limited edition to the Jif Whips line of spreads, Jif Whips Whipped Peanut Butter and Chocolate Mint Spread can be used in a variety of different ways this holiday season. For those of you who love the salty-and-sweet combination of peanut butter and chocolate, this smooth and fluffy spread serves as a great treat—whether it be as a spread for shortbread cookies, piping as a topping or filling for your favorite baked goods, or a party dip with fruit, crackers, and other tasty snacks.

Chocolate Mint Thumbprint Cookies Recipe

Serving: 6 dozen

1. Combine 1 pkg. Pillsbury Chocolate Cookie Mix with crushed peppermint candy, 6 tbsp. melted butter, 1 egg, and ½ tsp. vanilla extract in bowl. Mix until dough is formed.
2. Shape into ¾-inch balls. Place onto ungreased baked sheets. Make a rounded indentation in center of each cookie.
3. Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 6-7 minutes or until set. Remake rounded indentations. Cool on wire rack.
4. Pipe or spoon about ½ tsp. Jip Whips Whipped Peanut Butter and Chocolate Mint flavored spread into indentations. Sprinkle with peppermint candy from cookie mix. Enjoy!
