Keeping Cool While Staying Fit with Mission Athletecare

Regardless of whether school’s started already or not, people all over the country enjoy taking advantage of the warm temps by doing fun things outdoors. The only real hindrance proves sticky humidity, which can make staying active a bit uncomfortable.

The first time I put it on, I could not believe how chilled it got with just a simple soaking. I wore it to a kickboxing class that normally leaves me sweaty and overheated, and felt SO much more comfortable with the product on. If you need to wet it before you head out for a run (since you honestly cool down so quickly, that if you aren’t working up a sweat your head may actually feel TOO cold) I recommend wetting it at home and then storing it in a plastic bag until you need it! This would prove the perfect solution to bringing to the field for a team practice or game.
