This year Baccus Global introduced three innovative, new products to help keep our families safe and comfortable. Whether during an emergency or power outage, or if we find ourselves just needing some extra light or an additional electrical source, these gadgets prove so handy at home, or on-the-go.

Baccus2Growing up, my father always made sure we had plenty of flashlights around in case of emergency. Should the power go out, or if the car broke down, we needed something on-hand, to assist. I carried these good habits forward with me, and also found flashlights also come in handy when searching for that dropped earring under the couch! When I told my dad about the Navy Seal-Inspired Zero Trace 1014 Lumen Tactical Flashlight, it put all of our previous flashlight expectations to shame!

I wasn’t surprised to learn Zero Trace was developed by a retired Navy SEAL. This flashlight proves as effective taking the recycling out at night as it would on a field mission. The unit has a rechargeable Lithium Ion battery, and a powerful LED to brightly beam throughout its run time. When illuminated, the flashlight offers both a high and low signal mode, as well as an SOS signal mode should you need to project the beam for help. At its highest range, it offers a truly impressive 1364 feet of beam distance – longer than four football fields!

Its rechargeable Samsung battery will last throughout the life of the product. You recharge it via a USB cord, and it comes equipped with both a wall and car charger. Because it offers 2-way charging, you can even use this flashlight to charge your phone or tablet! At full battery, it will recharge your phone fully two whole cycles! Granted it’s a larger flashlight, this feels surprisingly lightweight, given all its functionality.

Baccus Global’s Stanley Simple Start charges tablets, smartphones, and even cars. When your car battery dies, you can restore its charge from inside your vehicle by plugging the booster into the 12V DC outlet, or clamping it directly to your battery.

Baccus3The Simple Start includes a home charger, a car charger/boosting cable, and vehicle battery clamps for the option of direct connection to the battery. It works with 4, 6 and V8 engines, and has a Multicolor Power/Status indicator to show the battery status.

If your car battery dies after the sun goes down (and you do not have your Zero Trace flashlight handy!), the Simple Start has a built in LED light for illumination in times of darkness.

I love that this unit feels so lightweight and compact, so can easily be stored in your trunk or glove compartments.

Baccus4The new Stanley Satellite Rechargeable LED Work Light with Portable Power also proves handy and lightweight. This 1 AMP USB charging and Power Supply Port sits at the base of the light for charging without electricity. It offers you the ability to recharge electronic devices on-the-go or outdoors for up to six hours.

I love using this one for backyard cookouts that can last into the night, because it’s so handy as it gets darker, or for placing around the fire pit for added light. It would be great to take with you on a camping trip. Its magnetic base easily attaches to most metal surfaces, such as the hood of a car for engine work. Like the flashlight, you never have to worry about changing the batteries of this rechargeable product.

Find your Zero Trace Flash Light at Walmart for $99.99. The Simple Start is available at the brand’s website for $99.99, where the Satellite can be purchased for $59.99.
