Friends gather, smiles widen, and food gets served regularly for an endless parade of guests. We want visitors to feel welcome and well fed, and with Nola’s Fresh Foods Salsas, we don’t need to spend all our time preparing. Having delicious, homemade-like salsa available at-the-ready for snacks and meals turns any gathering into an impromptu party.

Nola’s Fire Roasted Corn and Black Bean Salsa and Salsa Fresca tasted so fantastic at our last gathering they turned our happy hour into a fiesta hour! Served simply with chips or on top of your favorite multi-step, complicated recipe, Nola’s salsas add fresh, bright tomato taste and spices to anything you serve. Nola’s Salsas contain no artificial preservatives, colors or flavors, nor added sugar or oils. And in the spirit of “everybody’s welcome, classified vegan and gluten-free! The Fire Roasted Corn and Black Bean Salsa was absolutely packed with flavor, but not in an overpowering way. It tasted slightly smoky, incorporating the tang and bite you want in a salsa. The Salsa Fresca tasted so fresh and lively it seemed made that morning by your favorite foodie expert.

Nola’s stands for New Orleans, Louisiana (“N O, LA”) where the owner, Sherie Grillon, grew up and began her love of food and cooking for people. She left New Orleans to attend school in Texas and finally ended up in Boston where she supplies her salsas all over New England. Evidently, no matter where Sherie ends up, delicious food gets created, and we all benefit!
