The first is that it is so well-curated – the products that are available on the site are a manageable amount to scroll through when searching by category, and they are all quality, specialty items. The site is also very easy to navigate, allowing you to find the specific types of items you are looking for very quickly. The Ball FreshTech Electric Jam & Jelly Maker

One item that we tried out from Park and Main was the Ball FreshTech Electric Jam & Jelly Maker. This FreshTech Electric Jam Maker allows you to make both fresh jam and jelly at home without having to tend or stir. The technology stirs jam and jelly while it cooks, meaning you can just sit back and relax while the machine prepares fresh jam and jelly in under 30 minutes! The interior is no-stick and we put it to the test by making some fresh peach jam and it was so easy to clean!

The product comes with a recipe guide with step-by-step instructions for making fresh jams and jellies, even offering reduced sugar recipe recommendations. If you have abundant produce from a family apple picking excursion or have a fruit tree in your back yard, you can make several batches and freeze the jam or jelly for up to a year. My parents have a grape vine in their backyard and are excited to make lots of grape jelly and freeze some for the winter.
