Mom Central received The Rock Non-Stick Pan by Starfrit in order to facilitate this review. The views expressed here are entirely our own.

I’ve always wanted to be a rock star in the kitchen and with the help of some new and innovative products, I truly feel like one. Starfrit’s “The Rock” cookware provides a rock-solid cooking surface with the most advanced built-in technologies that make cooking with non-stick a fun performance.

A super solid surface boasts an exceptional non-stick cook top made from a steel ball impact process that hardens to a rock-solid finish. The Rock features a textured surface that helps keeps food from adhering to the bottom of the pan, which makes for fret-free cooking that doesn’t require a delicate touch.

At the International Housewares Show in Chicago, I recently watched Chef Jill Houk sauté away with The Rock, showcasing the speed and ease of this high-tech, non-stick pan. Not to mention, The Rock’s hard surface also looks pretty cool – in addition to its functionality. Perfect for us Moms who find ourselves whipping up dinner between work and soccer practice. We truly need cookware that doesn’t slow us down!
