I hate having too much clutter in my bathroom or makeup case, so this palette is perfect for me as it offers 14 eye shadows that actually transition into 28 shades when you add water. With the simple addition of water, these colors amp up their vibrancy, turn metallic, or create sparkle – perfect for those looking for unique, customizable eye looks.
