Ever find yourself in the middle of an office temperature war, where one of your office mates prefers the temperature warmer or cooler than your preference? Or perhaps, based on where you sit, the temperature feels differently than where your colleagues reside?

Evapolar proves the ideal solution. A personal cooler, humidifier, and purifier that sits on your desk, the Evapolar uses natural evaporative cooling to create a “micro climate” in your personal working, sleeping, or travel area.

My office can often feel stuffy, so having the Evapolar as an option to both clean and humidify the air definitely helps!. It can even assists if you have an officemate who may bring in some overpowering lunch (tuna anyone?).

We love how portable the Evapolar is, weighing in at just under 3 pounds.

It provides a microclimate area of 30-45 square feet – perfect for a workplace, sleeping area, or even a tent!

Filling the Evapolar’s water tank will give you 4 to 6 hours of cooling, with the time variance depending on the humidity and temperature of the room.

Just be careful when refilling the water tank to make sure you leave yourself enough space between your electronics in case you accidentally have a spill – that might prove costly!

Other interesting features of the Evapolar include its temperature and humidity gauge on the top of the device, and its color-changing capabilities so that you can customize the look of the unit with your mood or office décor. You also can regulate the airflow based on your preferences.

The Evapolar retails for $179, and replacement filters are $25. To learn more, visit the brand’s site, here.
