I used to associate steam cleaners with large, heavy products you rented a few times a year for major home cleanings. I never thought I would actually own one, let alone use it frequently. To my surprise I have fallen in love with the HAAN TOTAL, a product that sweeps and steams carpet and hardwood floors.
The HAAN TOTAL has a sleek, lightweight design that easily fits into small corners and under furniture for cleaning. The steam cleaner can be tucked away because of its small size and barely takes up any room in my closet.
The 25 foot long cord allows me to cover large distances before having to switch outlets, reducing my overall cleaning time. The versatility of this product is also a huge plus. It can be used on carpet, vinyl, tile, laminate and hardwood.
Another useful feature of the TOTAL is its ability to use minimal steam. This setting allows for deep cleaning that leaves your floor dry, unlike other steam cleaners that leave your floors soaked due to excess moisture.
I’m surprised by how quickly I adapted to this steam cleaner. Thanks to its small size and removable water tank, the HAAN TOTAL makes it easy for me to keep my floors spotless despite all the traffic they get.
Disclosure: Mom Central received a HAAN TOTAL to facilitate this review.
