As we plan our new additions to our Spring wardrobe, we can’t forget about our workout and activewear. New Balance has launched the perfect new trainer that not only looks and feels great, but is designed with performance in mind to help us reach our fitness goals.

The new versatile 711 trainer from New Balance combines unparalleled comfort with responsive performance from a sneaker.  We love the style of the shoe, which comes in both a mesh and heathered design in neutral colors with bright accents. Our two favorites are the “Magnet with Light Blue and Pink” and the vibrant “Watermelon with Pink” – so there’s really a color combination that works with many personal style preferences.

Featuring Cush+ technology (one of the softest midsole foams offered by New Balance), the 711 trainer is designed to comfortably take you through your entire workout. The softness of the shoe doesn’t compromise its durability while offering the wearer the flexibility to move freely, which is ideal for cross-training. Don’t make the mistake I did and wear them to spin class – because the shoes are designed for the wearer to feel the floor or ground beneath you to promote proper balance and strength alignment, I could certainly feel the pedal beneath me a bit too much! This did however give me a sense of just how well-designed these cross-trainers are for their intended use!
