CambridgeSide Galleria Is Your One-Stop Shop for Luxe This Summer

Last week fellow MC staffer Casey and I were invited to an exclusive look at the new and improved CambridgeSide Galleria in Cambridge, MA.

Although still under a bit of construction, this growing mall that sits alongside the Charles River is getting a whole new look with updated elevators, escalators, railways and store exteriors. I must admit, I tend to stay on my side of the Charles and outside of a few college visits with my little sister, I really don’t venture over to Cambridge that often. Well little did I know, CambridgeSide houses some of my most sought after retailers… the ones I usually drive quite out of the way to get to, and there they sit, just 15 minutes from my front door!

For many of us there are about a billion gift-giving occasions on our calendar for the next few months: bridal showers, graduations, birthdays, weddings, etc. and we can expect our wallets will take a bit of a hit. That said, we’d at least like the stress taken out of finding the perfect presents. The process is bound to be MUCH simpler if we can get them all in one place, maybe all at one time, preferably at a mall where we can get some unique gift options.

Luckily, in addition to some of the biggest H&M, Forever 21 and Old Navy locations I’ve seen, CambridgeSide Galleria has a massive selection of luxury retailers that I didn’t expect at all! From Armani Exchange to Swarovski to GUESS and even a fully functioning Sephora with makeup services. With three massive floors CambridgeSide is looking like the perfect one-stop shop for Boston area natives this summer!

As a BONUS: You can take advantage of good weather by hoping on the Charles Riverboat, which stops just outside of the Food Court doors, and takes you out to an incredible view of the skyline. We got to take a quick trip ourselves and boy was it a great photo-op!
