Puppies and kittens and children, oh my! It was a very cute afternoon indeed at our ASPCA event that was hosted at the ASPCA Adoption Center on the Upper East Side. Though the weather outside was frightful the event was absolutely delightful as bloggers arrived, some with their families in tow, to share their day learning about the do's-and-dont's of the pet adoption process.
