Every year, I look forward to fall thanks to the resurgence of my favorite fall fashions. While I also love sunglasses, sun dresses and flip flops season, at this time of year, I am ready to bring on the boots, denim, and long dresses!
Lands’ End offers some high-quality, high fashion pieces perfect for helping transition us into cooler temperatures.
Lands’ End’s ponte sheath dresses prove a staple in my closet year-round, and I love the elbow-length Black/Ivory style that is available this fall. The material feels smooth and looks flattering, not to mention perfectly packable for a weekend getaway or business trip. I love the beautiful neckline and figure-flattering cut. This dress proves perfect to transition from a day at the office to a night out with friends, especially when worn with my new favorite item – these tall dress boots from Lands’ End.
Available in classic black and brown, I can dress these fall boots up or down. The one-and-a-half inch heel gives me some lift without making me uncomfortable, and the quality of the leather upper looks and feels like tailoring to perfection. Wear them with a dress like the ponte sheath, or to dress up your favorite jeans.
Speaking of jeans, I were amazed by the Mid-Rise Pull-On skinny jeans. I was a bit concerned about pull-on jeans, but now wonder where they have been all my life! Comfortable, form-fitting, and flattering describe these beauts. The elastic waistband stretches just enough to allow you to pull them on comfortably while still maintaining a snug fit. Even for someone like me with wider hips, these felt so easy to put on and left me feeling confident and comfortable while wearing them. I chose them in black, and I have a feeling that these jeans are going to get a lot of use this season!
