Disclosure: We received samples of BluePrint juices to facilitate our post. All opinions are our own.

blueprint1Looking for a healthy way to stay refreshed and hydrated this summer? We discovered BluePrint Juices, a pioneer in the healthy juicing space, who has been continuously developing its product line and introducing fresh organic choices that take the guess work out of obtaining healthy, energizing nutrients.

Kale It Up proved one of our favorites – a hearty, healthy juice made from kale, apple, ginger, romaine, spinach, cucumber, celery, and parsley. Packed with Vitamin A, with no added sugars or sweeteners, we loved this juice at lunchtime to get our daily greens in, and felt energized for the afternoon!

A great way to start the day is with one of Blueprint’s vinegar tonics. We tried the Ginger Maple Tonic, a great way to jump start digestion in the morning. The beverage is composed of apple cider vinegar and ginger, which is traditionally known for its digestive benefits, mixed with cold-pressed lime juice. I was curious how the apple cider vinegar beverage would taste, and I was pleasantly surprised. The combination of the vinegar with the lime and ginger proved to be quite tasty and refreshing.

blueprint2I have found the Lemon Reset to be the perfect afternoon pick-me-up. When I’m craving a snack, I reach for the juice, which contains lemon, cayenne, and agave. The beverage offers a kick with the cayenne spice, and is an excellent source of Vitamin C!

BluePrint offers several cleansing packs for those who want to do a reset, in addition to a variety of kombuchas and energy teas. I’m a huge fan of drinking kombucha with its probiotic benefits, so will definitely have to try out some of the flavors from BluePrint, such as the Jack Rabbit kombucha that is blended with carrot and mango juice! We also want to test out the Watermelon Thrive, a new summer flavor that would be perfect to drink as is, or freeze into ice pops.
