Looking for the ultimate accessory for fitness-minded Android users?

The Samsung Gear IconX headphones answer our calling for the most hassle-free headphones ever. Not only do we not have to worry about the twisting and tangling of a cord with these cord-free headphones, but what differentiates these headphones from other wireless Bluetooth devices is that the buds go straight into your ear – they don’t even connect to each other! We can charge the earbuds in their convenient carrying case, and then once connected them to our Android device, it recognizes when placed in our ears.

It seems like of late, all important calls I need to take happen while I’m at the gym and don’t hear my phone ring. Now, I can sync Gear IconX with my phone to alert me when a call is coming in, or an important text or other notification. I can opt to take a call or not, as the device lets me know the caller, so I can decide whether or not to let it interrupt my workout! I tried syncing with Gmail, but since I get so much mail that really isn’t urgent, I realized that this sync was not ideal when trying to focus on my workouts!

Gear IconX also acts a fitness tracker in itself. Whether walking or running, the product proves smart enough to track activity and provide updates on essential data, like speed, distance, duration, heart rate, and calories burned.

I put these ear buds to the test during a few vigorous workouts and felt thrilled they fit so snugly and showed no signs of falling out of my ears, even on a run.

If there was any doubt about whether or not you wanted to purchase these headphones, your mind may be made up when you learn that they can store 4 MB of music on their own, holding about 1,000 tracks! To switch songs, you can double tap the ear bud itself.

The Gear IconX retails for $199.99 at various retailers nationwide. Just remember that these are compatible with Android devices only – a great perk for those of us with Android phones and tablets!
