If you know me, or have been reading this site for a while, you know I love to cook! Whether it’s low-key sliders and pasta salad while watching the big game at home, or a caneton â l’orange as the main event at a 4-course dinner party, nothing makes me happier than spending time in the kitchen, preparing delicious food for friends and family. Because of this, I’m a kitchen gadget and appliance junkie. Anything that can improve my experience in the kitchen (or improve the output of my effort) proves a win for me!A longtime leader in the small appliance arena, De’Longhi launched its Livenza Kitchen Collection last year, to much acclaim. This year, a new grill joins the Livenza lineup: the Livenza MultiGrill, and I’m thrilled to have had opportunity to preview it for my readers before it becomes available in September.
Featuring floating grill plates to create five multi-functional cooking functions (Contact Grill, Panini Press, Full Grill, Full Griddle and Half Grill/Half Griddle), the large cooking surface easily cooks up anything you can dream up! Remarkably versatile, I use my Livenza MultiGrill on weeknights to grill up chicken breasts and veggies, on weekends for fluffy pancakes, and when entertaining it cooks up the most magnificent salmon filets.
The grill’s cool-touch handles and removable, dishwasher safe-plates make this handy, countertop appliance safe and easy to use – I never feel like I’m not up to “dealing” with setting it up or cleaning it afterwards, as can happen with more complicated kitchen appliances. The Livenza MultiGrill proves simple to operate and wash, and produces excellent culinary results!
Be sure to follow De’Longhi on Facebook to be among the first to hear about when the new Livenza MultiGrill will be on the market, and where to purchase this versatile kitchen appliance that every home chef will want on her countertop this fall.
