Although spring has arrived – the weather in Boston has barely made it out of the 30s and my winter jacket still holds a prominent place in my closet. It might be my optimistic thinking as I flip through friends’ pictures from their winter vacations, but I went in search of a delicious spring recipe that will be perfect for any outside party. However, until it warms up enough to venture outside for a BBQ or picnic, I guess I will have to settle for eating this cake indoors!

Throw a baby shower with help from Party City »

I wasn’t sure it was proper to have a baby shower for my second daughter, but it had been 12 years in between babies, and I didn’t have a lick of baby gear. My friends and family thoughtfully gathered to throw me a sweet party in my own home. It was a joyful occasion and I received everything I needed for little girl #2.

We look forward to a new release from our favorite band and when it comes out, we add it to our music collection. When we have a new baby, we add a precious, new member to our family. With technology, however, some wait in line to be one of the first to purchase an item, even though in a few months, it will be obsolete. This situation is similar to the value of cars: as soon as you drive a car off the lot, it loses its value.

Tooth Fairy 2 Set Visit »
