VTech Switch & Go Dinos Video Contest

Keeping young children entertained proves no easy task – especially during the fall when the weather gets cooler and the sun goes down earlier. Indoor activities – specifically toys – that stimulate and challenge little minds can be hard to find.

As my son Gavin reaches 2 1/2 years old, I find his need for more complex and advanced toys progresses. Brok the Brachiosaurus turns from dino to truck in just a few easy steps. Each version kept Gavin entertained with their noises and special effects. He especially liked the truck version to launch the separate racecar, sending it zooming through our family room. When in dinosaur mode, he loved playing the mechanical neck and huge, stomping feet!

Span the Spinosaurus turns into a super cool jet fighter, equipped with huge span wings to soar around! The best part was, when he was ready for a change, was that I was able to switch it into a stomping dinosaur for a whole new world of play! All models come with a fun “back-story” to teach your child more about the history of their favorite dinosaurs that will help launch their own imaginations.

Show & Tell with Switch & Go Video Contest

Now it’s time to see just how far your kid’s imagination can go with the Show & Tell with Switch & Go Video Contest. From now until October 1st, VTech Switch & Go is looking for a new dinosaur-vehicle combination that your child would invent! Simply upload a 30 second video of your child’s homemade Dino creation shown through drawing, building, or customizing an existing Switch & Go Dino.

Once the top 10 videos are chosen in mid-October, the voting starts for the public and everyone who votes (and submits their email address) will be entered into a sweepstakes for the chance to win one of 25 sets of Sliver, T-Don, Horns and Tonn.

One grand prize winner will get a kid’s lifetime supply of VTech toys, a commercial spot on Nickelodeon, and a viewing party in your own home Dino decorated by VTech!
